I love the treats from the Mandarin Oriental’s Cake Shop.  This milk chocolate and pistachio brittle is one of three versions. I’ve tried two. This one is heavenly, but the White Chocolate Brittle is still my favourite to date. I’m yet to try to dark chocolate with hazelnuts, but it’s on my list.
